If you’re having difficulties with one of your Bose Sport Earbuds not working, it’s most likely a problem with the In-Ear Detection sensor. Turn it off and give it a try. To Turn it OFF you have to go into the Bose Connect App > Select Your earbuds > Tap on Settings >select Preferences > and tap on In-Ear Detection.

Why is one of the earbuds not working?

There are many issues that could be causing this problem. One of them is that the earbuds could be damaged. Another possibility is that the audio files you are playing are corrupt or of poor quality. And lastly, the earbud battery is dead or dying.
